Room 201 – Description:
Room 201 is great for couples as it has a maximum capacity of 2 persons.
The room has 1 queen bed and a private bathroom with warm water.
Room 201 is spacious with a sitting area, a hammock and a small eating area. The room has a small fridge to keep drinks and foods, as well as a water heater to prepare coffee or tea. The room does not have kitchen facilities such as a stove, pots and pans. But Casa Maya has a fully equipped communal kitchen on the ground floor that can be used by guests.
The room is equipped with air conditioning.
The room doesn’t have a TV.
Room 201 is located on the 3nd floor and offers a spectacular view of the beach and sea.
Casa Maya also offers ample parking space for up to 8 cars.

The base price indicated below is the minimum price charged for an occupancy of 2 people or less.
The following conditions apply to the Standard Rate:
- 50% is paid at the time of reservation. It is refundable up to 7 days before the reservation date.
- The published prices are only for accommodation and do not include breakfast. We offer meals as an additional service. Please visit the meals page for details on prices and menu.
Discounts:
- 20% discount for stays of at least 7 nights
- 30% discount for stays of at least 30 nights
2. Couples Rate Refundable
The base price indicated below is the minimum price charged for an occupancy of 2 people or less.
The Couples Rate includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, and round-trip transfers between the Santiago Mariño International Airport and Casa Maya.
The following conditions apply to the Couples Rate:
- 50% is paid at the time of reservation. It is refundable up to 7 days before the reservation date.
- The Couples Rate applies for a minimum stay of 2 nights
- The minimum occupancy is 2 persons
High Season:
- Christmas: 22 Dec. 2023 - 1 Jan. 2024
- End of Year: 1 Dec. 2023 - 14 Jan. 2024
- Carnaval: 9 - 18 Feb. 2024
- Holy Week: 22 - 31 Mar. 2024
- Declaration of Independence: 18 - 21 April 2024
- Summer vacation: 21 Jun. - 29 Sep. 2024
- End of Year: 28 Nov. 2024 - 14 Jan. 2025

The balance can be paid no later than upon arrival. You can pay in cash, Zelle, PayPal or by credit and debit cards from Mastercard o Visa.

Check-out no later than 11am
- Cancellation request made up to 7 days before arrival: Full refund of the reservation amount after deduction of $20 administration cost as well as any 3rd party processing fees, cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited using the same payment mode by which the reservation was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
- Cancellation request made less than 7 days before arrival: Not refundable – any payments received by Casa Maya will not be refunded.
- A no-show or cancellation of the remainder of the reservation after checking in, is considered as a cancellation less than 7 days before arrival and is not refundable.
