Room 003 – Description:
Apartment 003 is great for families or groups as it has a maximum capacity of 6 persons.
The apartment has a main room with 3 queen beds and full bathroom. The shower has warm water.
Apartment 003 has a full equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, pots and pans and everything you need to cook.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and as such does not offer a majestic view. The apartment doesn’t have TVs.
Casa Maya also offers ample parking space for up to 8 cars.

The base price indicated below is the minimum price charged for an occupancy of 3 people or less.
The following conditions apply to the Standard Rate:
- 50% is paid at the time of reservation. It is refundable up to 7 days before the reservation date.
- We charge $16 extra per additional adult and $8 for additional children.
- The published prices are only for accommodation and do not include breakfast. We offer meals as an additional service. Please visit the meals page for details on prices and menu.
- Children up to 3 years old stay free if they sleep with parents.
Discounts:
- 20% discount for stays of at least 7 nights
- 30% discount for stays of at least 30 nights
2. Family Rate Refundable
The prices indicated below are for 4 people per night.
The Family Package includes accommodation, breakfast and transfers between the Santiago Mariño International Airport and Casa Maya.
The following conditions apply:
- We charge $35-60 for each additional person depending on the season
- 50% is paid at the time of reservation. It is refundable up to 7 days before the reservation date.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights
- Minimum occupancy of 4 people.
- Children up to 3 years old stay free if they sleep with parents.

Guests can cancel their booking at any time. The following refund policies applies:
- Cancellation request made up to 7 days before arrival: Full refund of the reservation amount after deduction of $20 administration cost as well as any 3rd party processing fees, cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited using the same payment mode by which the reservation was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
- Cancellation request made less than 7 days before arrival: Not refundable – any payments received by Casa Maya will not be refunded.
- A no-show or cancellation of the remainder of the reservation after checking in, is considered as a cancellation less than 7 days before arrival and is not refundable.
