Rates and occupancy

The base rate includes accommodation for up to 2 guests. The following charges apply per additional guest, per night:

• Adults and teenagers aged 13 and over: US$15.
• Children aged 4 to 12: US$10.
• Children aged 3 and under: stay free when sharing a bed with their parents.

Extended-stay discounts

• Stays of 7 to 29 nights: 25% discount.
• Stays of 30 nights or more: 40% discount.

Seasons and total price

Rates vary by season. Peak periods include:

• Carnival and Valentine's Day.
• Holy Week.
• April 19: Declaration of Independence Day.
• Labor Day.
• July and August.
• Indigenous Resistance Day.
• December, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.

The total price is calculated based on your dates, length of stay, and the number and ages of guests. To view the applicable price, select your dates and enter the guest details.

What the rate includes

Rates cover accommodation only. Breakfast, meals, and other additional services are not included. View our meal menu and prices.

All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD).

No. We only accept Zelle, SEPA bank transfers, PayPal, and Visa and Mastercard card payments.

To confirm your reservation, 50% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is payable on arrival.

Cancellation policy

• 7 days or more before arrival: free cancellation and a refund of your deposit.
• Less than 7 days but at least 24 hours before arrival: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation price applies.
• Less than 24 hours before arrival, on the arrival day, or in the event of a no-show: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation price applies.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged with Casa Maya in advance.

Identification and occupancy

• All guests must present an original, valid identification document on arrival.
• Only guests included in the reservation and registered with Casa Maya may stay at or access the property. Visitors and additional unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Reservation details must be complete and accurate. Casa Maya may request clarification if any information is incorrect or incomplete.

House rules

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Parties and gatherings are not permitted in the rooms.
• Guests must respect the comfort, privacy, and safety of others and follow staff instructions.
• Discrimination, harassment, threats, and behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated.
• In the event of a serious breach of these rules, Casa Maya may ask the guests involved to leave the property.

Cleanliness and care of the property

• Guests must keep rooms and shared areas clean and hygienic and follow safety instructions.
• Facilities, furniture, and equipment must be used with care.
• Damage or loss of property attributable to guests may result in a repair or replacement charge. Guests will be notified of the charge and provided with an explanation of the amount.

Lost and found

Items found on the property are recorded and kept for 3 months. After this period, they may be donated or discarded. Perishable items are kept only until the end of the check-out day.

To inquire about or claim a forgotten item, contact Casa Maya. You may collect it by presenting identification or arrange shipping, subject to availability and at your expense.

Parking and transportation

We recommend locking your vehicle securely and not leaving valuables inside. Use of the parking area does not include custody or safekeeping of your vehicle or its contents.

Airport transportation is an additional service. Please check availability, prices, and conditions in advance.

Unexpected events and reservation conditions

Events beyond Casa Maya's reasonable control, such as transportation disruptions, utility outages, natural events, or measures imposed by the authorities, may affect our services. If this happens, we will inform you and coordinate the available alternatives.

By making a reservation, you accept the payment and cancellation policies and the house rules published on this website.

Casa Maya may update these conditions for future reservations. Your reservation will remain subject to the conditions accepted when it was confirmed, unless we agree on a change with you.
