Room 003 – Description:
Apartment 003 is great for families or groups as it has a maximum capacity of 6 persons.Â
The apartment has a main room with 3 queen beds and full bathroom. The shower has warm water.
Apartment 003 has a full equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, pots and pans and everything you need to cook.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and as such does not offer a majestic view. The apartment doesn’t have TVs.
Casa Maya also offers ample parking space for up to 8 cars.

The indicated base price is for occupancy of 2 people.
We charge an extra $15 per additional adult and $5 for additional children.

Minors
- Minors up to 3 years old stay for free if they sleep with their parents.
- Minors from 4 to 12 years old are charged as children.
- Minors over 12 years old are charged as adults.
- 20% discount for stays of minimum 7 nights
- 30% discount for stays of minimum 30 nights

The balance can be paid no later than upon arrival. You can pay in cash, Zelle, PayPal or by credit and debit cards from Mastercard o Visa.

Check-out no later than 11am
- Cancellation request made up to 7 days before arrival: Full refund of the reservation amount after deduction of $20 administration cost as well as any 3rd party processing fees, cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited using the same payment mode by which the reservation was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
- Cancellation request made less than 7 days before arrival: Not refundable – any payments received by Casa Maya will not be refunded.
- A no-show or cancellation of the remainder of the reservation after checking in, is considered as a cancellation less than 7 days before arrival and is not refundable.
