Room 201 – Description:
Room 201 is great for couples as it has a maximum capacity of 2 persons.
The room has 1 queen bed and a private bathroom with warm water.
Room 201 is spacious with a sitting area, a hammock and a small eating area. The room has a small fridge to keep drinks and foods, as well as a water heater to prepare coffee or tea. The room does not have kitchen facilities such as a stove, pots and pans. But Casa Maya has a fully equipped communal kitchen on the ground floor that can be used by guests.
The room is equipped with air conditioning.
The room doesn’t have a TV.
Room 201 is located on the 3nd floor and offers a spectacular view of the beach and sea.
Casa Maya also offers ample parking space for up to 8 cars.

The indicated base price is for occupancy of 2 people.
We charge an extra $15 per additional adult and $5 for additional children.

Minors
- Minors up to 3 years old stay for free if they sleep with their parents.
- Minors from 4 to 12 years old are charged as children.
- Minors over 12 years old are charged as adults.
- 20% discount for stays of minimum 7 nights
- 30% discount for stays of minimum 30 nights

Check-out no later than 11am
- Cancellation request made up to 7 days before arrival: Full refund of the reservation amount after deduction of $20 administration cost as well as any 3rd party processing fees, cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited using the same payment mode by which the reservation was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
- Cancellation request made less than 7 days before arrival: Not refundable – any payments received by Casa Maya will not be refunded.
- A no-show or cancellation of the remainder of the reservation after checking in, is considered as a cancellation less than 7 days before arrival and is not refundable.
